Make sure you seize the chance to join us at the ADFM Annual Conference! We anticipate a fantastic gathering for our 2025 conference, making it the perfect occasion to present your brand to nearly 250 leaders in departments of family medicine. Our conference attendees are Chairs and Senior Administrators of academic departments of family medicine, as well other senior department leaders in clinical care, education, and research.
Your involvement in the ADFM Annual Conference offers more than just a standard exhibition opportunity - our audience includes individuals seeking new senior leadership positions, departments looking for consultation and expertise in a variety of spaces, and those who hold decision-making authority for departmental budgets.

ADFM Values Expected From Partners
- Partners/supporters should support the mission and vision of ADFM.
- Partners must abide by the Terms of Agreement
- Partners should be familiar with and supportive of the ADFM Guidelines for Sponsor Selection.
Full payment must be received in the ADFM office by January 31, 2025.
Application Process:
ADFM partners who apply will have to be approved by the ADFM Executive Committee unless they fall on the list of partners exempt from review, as described further in the Guidelines for Sponsor Selection. This ensures our partners are the right partners for the conference and our attendees. Applicants will be notified within 10 business days regarding application status.
