Alumni Overview

Since 2009, over 75 fellows have completed or are currently participating in the ADFM fellowship. Almost half of these fellows have assumed interim or permanent chair positions, and others have gone on to assume department-level senior leadership roles in academic family medicine. After their fellowship year, ADFM provides ongoing support to alumni through:

• Outgoing self-assessment of Leadership Competencies
• Continuing in chairs’ listserv for one additional year
• Ongoing notification of open Chair positions
• Alumni networking and events
• Ongoing access to the listserv
